Refund Policy

 

We strive to provide the best service for all our customers. If you have any issues with your order, product, or package, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Our refund policy covers the following cases:

  1. Damaged Products: If the product you receive is damaged, please send us photos or videos of the damage. We will offer you a full refund or replacement.
  2. Incorrect or Missing Products: We have strict quality control standards, but if you receive an incorrect product, or one that is missing a component, please let us know. We will offer you a full refund or replacement.
  3. Products Out of Stock: If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or replacement.
  4. Products Unable to Ship: If we are unable to ship your product due to limited transportation options, we will offer you a full refund.
  5. Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed for more than 30 days in normal circumstances, 40 days in busy seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.), or due to unforeseen circumstances (such as epidemics), we will offer you a full refund.
  6. Cancel Orders: If you cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will offer you a full refund. However, we will not offer a refund if your order includes a POD product or branding project.
  7. Missing Packages: If your package is missing during delivery, we will offer you a full refund.

 

  1. QUINN ENTERPRISE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the QUINN ENTERPRISE, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
